- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

- Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items as we do not offer final sale items in our store.

 

How to Initiate a Return


- Email our customer service team at returns@reverseage.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

- Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

- Carefully pack your item in its original packaging and include any related accessories.

- Attach the prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

 

Refund Process


- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

- If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

 

Exchange Policy


If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
